SEALING MACHINE- STERILIZATION
Sealing machines are used for sealing the flat sterilization pouch reels.
Sterilization pouch reels, typically made of medical-grade paper and heat-sealable PET/PP film, are used to enclose instruments before the sterilization cycle.
Sealing machines create a hermetic seal on these pouches using heat. This seal acts as a physical barrier, preventing the ingress of microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and spores. A properly sealed pouch ensures the sterilized state of the enclosed instruments is preserved throughout their shelf life. This allows for safe storage and retrieval for later use.
